The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). To obtain Motorola software see the Sticky in the Motorola forum. It is YOUR responsibility to properly word your request. We do not want any hurt feelings when your vague post is mistaken for a free request. If I try and read direct from the USB, I get the error "Radio is not detected from USB port. I am presently using R17.01.02 with an RKN4105A USB cable, setting the COM port to the virtual one assigned to the USB (in this case COM4). All of our computers have been upgraded to Windows 10, and I seem to be having some issues namely, I get the error "Radio Baud Rate could not be set Error Context: 24, Status: c000038". I need to do a reprogram for a fleet of radios, but I haven't used CPS since we were on Windows 7.
